Q: What kind of return policy do you have?
A: We offer a 30 day refund policy. If you need to return an item to us,
contact us for a return authorization #. All shipping and handling charges are
non-refundable unless you are returning defective merchandise or the merchandise
was sent in error. We will not continue to accept orders from people who abuse
this policy. Please make sure all products a packaged securely and properly to
avoid damage.
Q: Is there a minimum order requirement?
A: No, You may order any quantity. Remember the minimum shipping/handling is
$3.50 even if you order one ten cent item.
Q: Do I need a password to order?
A: No, the password feature on our check out page is simply a convenient way to
allow return customers to retrieve all there shipping info.

Q: Are the items you sell new of vintage?
A: Our stock comes from a large variety of sources. We import direct, purchase
closeouts, buy through distribution and at auctions. As a result you are
provided with the largest selection of cameos on the web. We do not generally differentiate
between items that were made yesterday or 30 years ago mostly because we just do
not know the actual date they may have been manufactured.
Q: Can I buy high volume and get better pricing?
A: We are always happy to quote on volume pricing. Volume pricing would be
considered 1gross or higher depending on the item. Each item must be looked at
on an individual basis. Many items are simply not going to be available in a
large quantity if they were closeouts. Volume orders on imported items may
require significant lead times depending on stock level.
Q: Can I get samples?
A: We do not offer samples. Most items can be purchased by the piece.
Q: Do you have a catalog?
A: No, paper catalogs are not available.
Q: What about confidentiality? Will you sell my personal
information to other companies?

our valued customers, and all your personal information is totally confidential.
We will not sell, rent or give your name, address, telephone number, or any
other information to any business or organization.
Q: I am not convinced that online ordering is safe. Can I
order products by phone?
A: Yes you can. Frankly though we prefer orders processed on the web site. We
pay to have a secure order form for your protection. What this means is that the
order form is encrypted ( scrambled ) when you press the submit button. This
makes it virtually impossible for someone to intercept and use your info. In
addition phone orders take extra time, cost money to process and seem prone to
errors. We understand however that web sites and computers do not always work as
intended and some people just refuse to order on line. In that case please see

phone, e-mail or regular mail.
