      We recommend that you use www.cameojewelrysupply.com if you are an international customer. However if you have been using this site a long time and prefer it, you may continue to place your orders here. 

International Shipping Options:

    This web site can not calulate a seperate a international rate. The rate shown at checkout is the domestic (USA) shipping rate YOU WILL BE CHARGED AS FOLLOWS:

• International orders under $100 -  will be charged $12.95 (10.95 Canada & Mexico ) for 1st class UNINSURED/NO  TRACKING air mail.
• Orders over $100 -  are shipped free 1st class UNINSURED/NO TRACKING  

 or if you request by e-mail or a note on the checkout form :

• Express mail (EMS) orders under $100 will be charged $27.00  INSURED with TRACKING
• Express mail (EMS) orders over $100 will be charged $15.00 INSURED with TRACKING

About these services:

  Typically you can expect 1st class air mail to take somewhere from 5-14 days to be delivered. Although I have seen it be as fast as 3 days and as long as 2 months. We can not insure these packages, nor tell where they are at any given moment, nor will the post office or anyone else look for them if they don't show. That being said we have had very, very good luck over the years. Probably 99.5% delivery rate. Some countries seem to have great service like Australia, some not so much like the Philippines and Mexico. We here do not know how well your countries mail system functions. Something each individual should consider when weighing the risk. If you choose to send your orders 1st class and they never arrive please do not contact us. There is nothing we can do about it other then show you a receipt that says we mailed the package to you.

Express mail is typically a few days faster 3-10 days and if it is lost (never had one) then please call us for a refund. If you want express mail and you going to use this web site you need to tell us you want it sent express. Drop us an e-mail after you place the order or note it on the "message area" at checkout

    Now the disclaimer - The rates above are what we strive for. 90% of the orders can ship as stated above. However sometimes it can't be done. The $12.95 rate is based on a US postal service flat rate envelope. If I can't physically fit the order in the envelope the cost will be more. If you order over $100 and you want 4-5 pounds of brass items. Again I will not be able to offer you free shipping. That would cost me $40 to ship. In either circumstances We will contact you to discuss any additional charge before I charge your card.
