This stone is usually referred to as "ruby in zoisite" color is a mottled green with little random patches of purple in it. The stock I currently have is pretty consistent with the photo. Some stones have a little more purple then shown but it is not going to be far off of the photo. First found in 1956 near Logido in Tanzania. Healing properties were said to offer the energy of happiness, appreciation, abundance, vitality and growth.
