Size on this is 3 inches across. 2.65 inches high. I am not an expert on these plaque paperweights. It looks to me very much like it was made by one of the Degenhart incarnations. You can google Degenhart glass history to read about the long history of the company. Overall the paperweight is in decent shape. Not perfect though. There are a number of scuffs and marks up top. The biggest flaw is a fleabite on the side. I have tried to give you a picture of that. Pontil is rough, unground, unsigned. These are still highly collectable I was hoping that someone would purchase this for a current Luraline but after googling that name it seems to be a very rare one. Age? I don't know. On my research it could be from the 20's to the 70's. If someone offers further insight I will add that to listing.
I have been
collecting Art Glass for about 20 years. I used to live next to a large
flea market and a couple big antique malls. So I would pick things up
whenever I saw something that fit the collection or I thought was a good
deal. I sold about 50 paperweights last summer and I am getting pushed
to sell the rest as I am relocating. Please check out my ebay store as I
will be putting things up all summer. Thanks
