Bullicante Controlled Bubble art glass I believe this is a norcrest piece out of japan. Not sure how old it actually is. I have had it at least 10 years. It looks pretty good, there are no cracks chips or dings in it but there are a number of these little dished spots actually I do not know what they are first I thought maybe something was rubbing gently in a spot for years, but actually I think they must have been imprinted when made. One of those things you use you can feel with your hands but don't really see. No chips dings or cracks.

...I have been collecting Art Glass for about 20 years. I used to live next to a large flea market and a couple big antique malls. So I would pick things up whenever I saw something that fit the collection or I thought was a good deal.
